ACQUISITION: Richelieu Acquires Reliable Fasteners

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. acquired the principal assets of fastener importers and distributor Reliable Fasteners of Montreal.\
Richelieu also recently acquired all shares of decorative cabinet moldings distributor Les Boiseries Lussier et Fils of Quebec City.
Richelieu reported 19% internal growth this year, and the specialty hardware distributor expects the acquisitions to add $15 million in annual sales.
