Richelieu Hardware Ltd. acquired the principal assets of fastener importer and distributor Reliable Fasteners of Montreal.\
Richelieu also recently acquire all shares of decorative cabinet moldings distributor Les Boiseries lussier et Fils of Quebec City.
Richelieu reported a 19% internal growth this year and the specialty hardware distributor expects the acquisitions to add $15 million in annual sales.
