Clucas has been with FKI for 17 years and most recently was vice president for systems engineering and operations.

Always headquartered in Rochester, NY, the company opened on University Avenue and made three moves, reaching their current location in 1982.
Hewes Fastener was purchased by H&C in 1991. In 2003 branch offices were opened in Buffalo and Syracuse. The company recently expanded import and export activities and H&C received ISO 9001-2000 certification.

” Ed McIlhon announced the formation of McIlhon & Associates Inc., a representation and consulting agency with his son, Casey McIlhon. Ed McIlhon is chairman and CEO and will spearhead business management practices consulting beginning January 1, 2006.
Casey McIlhon is president and COO and heads rep activities. The Midwest territory rep agency opened in September with Bossard Metrics, G.L. Huyett and Big Bolt.
Joe Stephan, national field sales representative for Bossard Metrics Inc. cited Casey McIlhon”s sales experience with Bossard “make him an immediate resource for our existing and potential distribution customers.” McIlhon & Associates “supports our ongoing plan to combine knowledgeable external sales presence to complement” Bossard”s internal sales team.
The two have 46 years of combined experience. Both were once with Iowa Industrial Products, which was founded in 1969 by Dan McIlhon and sold to Bossard Group of Z�g, Switzerland, in 1999. Dan is father of Ed and grandfather of Casey. The Cedar Falls, IA-based division is now known as Bossard IIP.
Ed McIlhon formerly headed IIP and was the 1994-95 president of the National Fastener Distributors Association. He was a chair of the Public Law Task Force and testified before Congress on the Fastener Quality Act.
Casey McIlhon worked in the IIP warehouse from 1989 to 1994. With Bossard he was regional sales manager and director of sales & marketing.

” TruArc Co. LLC relocated its headquarters and warehouse from Millburn, NJ to the newly renovated Phillipsburg Commerce Park in Phillipsburg, NJ, president Peter Lowe announced.
The move is part of a consolidation that will relocate employees from TruArc”s facilities in Millburn and Irvington, NJ, while creating new jobs, Lowe noted.
