ITW Buys Norwegian Fastener Supplier

Illinois Tool Works Inc. took over Norwegian fastener supplier Nordisk Kartro AS, Norwegian News Digest reported. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As a result of the ownership change, Nordisk Kartro will get access to a number of new, interesting products, managing director Geir Skjorberg stated.
