Celus Fasteners Promotes Brooks

Celus Fasteners Manufacturing Inc. appointed Patrick Brooks as president. Brooks joined Celus in September 2001 and had been serving as vice president/general manager before his appointment. Brooks will continue to direct all sales and marketing operations for Celus. He will also direct sales for Techform Fasteners, a short run manufacturer of specialty threaded fasteners, pins, nails, and sems.
