Nut maker San Shing Fastech Corp. reported revenue for the first six months of 2003 jumped 33% to $85.12 million, while profit more than doubled to $6.95 million. The Taiwan-based company said profit was boosted by a 16% gain in the average price of industrial fasteners to $1.28 per kilogram.
San Shing announced it has passed Toyota�s automobile nut certification and received a trial order from the automaker.
