The 2003 China International Machine Components Exhibition has been rescheduled for Dec. 14-17, 2003, in Shanghai. The show, originally planned for June, had been postponed due to concerns over the spread of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. Recently the World Health Organization ruled the global SARS epidemic has been contained.
Machine Components includes the 2003 International Fastener Technology Exhibition for China (Fastener China 2003) show and incorporates the International Bearing Industry Exhibition for China (Bearing 2003) and 2003 International Machine Parts & Related Special Equipment Exhibition for China (Machine Parts 2003).
More than 60,000 people attended the 2001 exhibition, according to Arthur Tang, executive director of Business & Industrial Trade Fairs Ltd.
