OBITUARY: Fred Riggs

Isaac Frederick �Fred� Riggs, 68, died on Friday, May 16, 2003. Riggs founded Interstate Bolt and Supply Co. Inc. of Statesville, NC. He served as past president of the Southeastern Fastener Association from 1985 to 1986. He is survived by his wife, Anna; daughters Annette and Tammy; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four brothers.
