Cold Header Machine Corp. has partnered with McCallum Die Company Inc. to form a new entity called Cold Header McCallum Die. The partnership, located in Boca Raton, FL, is intended to provide single-sourcing for machinery, tooling and spare parts, according to CHMD president Mike James. Larry Dittmar will serve as vice president and Nick Fanelli as director of technical support.
