H. Paulin & Company Ltd. reported sales for the third quarter increased 19% to $31.8 million. Q3 net income more than doubled to $873,000. Operating earnings rose 19% to $6.9 million. Q3 inventory grew by $1.7 million.
Sales for the first nine months of 2002 rose 11% to $92.8 million, while net income gained 30% to $2.77 million. Nine month inventory rose $6.1 million.
Paulin�s retail hardware, industrial OEM and automotive divisions reported sales growth, according to the company. Retail hardware sales were boosted by the conversion of nearly 50 big box stores in the U.S. to the Paulin fastener program.
