Dayton Progress published a brochure on its DAYSet precision compound tooling system for the production of washers and other stamped products in a single-step operation allowing a15-minute tool changeover.
Based on the “Hovis Die” principle DAYSet eliminates the need for progressive dies in production of stamped parts in varying thicknesses, sizes, shapes and materials, even in short runs.Dayton Progress has 800 employees manufacturing and supplying tools and accessories to metal stamping and metal forming industries globally.
