Winzer Corp. Doubling Headquarters
FEATURE
Rendering of Winzor expansion
Winzer Corporation will nearly double its headquarters space in a new $6 million, 139,000-sq ft corporate headquarters in Texas.
A rendering of the two-story facility was released by Alliance Architects.
The plan includes open and enclosed offices, conference space and 14 docks and can be expanded to 200,000 sq ft.
Currently headquartered in Dallas, the new facility will be in suburban Plano, TX.
Winzer stocks and distributes more than 70,000 MRO parts and supplies two million items through its affiliate program. Winzer has 15 locations and four main distribution centers.
CEO John Carney told the Dallas Business Journal earlier this year that Winzer is on track to post $100 million in revenue for the first time in its 35-year history.
Carney attributed the growth to the Winzer franchise system. Winzer has more than 400 franchisees nationwide, with automated distribution facilities in California, Nevada, Michigan and Texas.
“This new facility will allow Winzer to continue to grow,” Carney told DBJ. “Our distribution center will double in size and we will have additional opportunities to expand the operation in the future.”
