Brian Sonnenberg became president of Portland Bolt at age 33. “I saw many examples of ‘person’ dependant companies that could not go forward without that ‘person’,” Sonnenberg told GlobalFastenerNews.com. “I knew that if I made Portland Bolt dependant on me it would never be what it should be.”

Sonnenberg retired in 2005 and today is pleased how the transition has worked.
