Valley Fastener Group Formed

A team of investors formed Valley Fastener Group LLC. Investors include the management team of CEO Bill Jesse; sales & marketing vice president Hal Stetson; CFO Tim Bowers; and national sales manager Harold Stetson Sr.
Aurora, IL+based Valley Fastener has three manufacturing plants: Valley Rivet Division, North Coast Rivet Division and the Forgo Fasteners �cold-headed specials� division.
Valley Fastener Group annually produces six billion rivets and cold-headed specials for automotive, electrical, sheet metal, boating, computer/electronics, appliance, furniture and almost any other industries.
