4th Fastener Fair USA Opens With 123 Exhibitors
The fourth Fastener Fair USA is this week with 123 companies exhibiting in 150 total booths.
There is a one-day Fastening 101 class on Tuesday, sponsored by the Industrial Fasteners Institute and Fastener Training Institute. There will be a pre-show reception hosted by the North Coast Fastener Association and Mid-West Fastener Association. Women In the Fastener Industry will host a Happy Hour.
The trade show will be 10am – 5pm Wednesday and 10am-3pm Thursday at Huntington Place (formerly Cobo Center) in Detroit.
On Wednesday there will be presentations on the show floor on the topics of “Pandemic Logistics” and “Galvanic Corrosion.” There will be a Networking Happy Hour.
Thursday features the “Ask the Experts” panel of Salim Brahimi, IFI; Laurence Claus, NNi Training & Consulting; John Medcalf, Peak Innovations; and Carmen Vertullo, AIM Testing Laboratory.
The 2022 trade show is the fourth U.S. version of the European-based Fastener Fairs. The first Fastener Fair USA was held in 2018 in Cleveland and the second in Detroit. A 2020 show was scheduled in Charlotte, but canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The 2021 show was in Cleveland.
The 2023 Fastener Fair USA is scheduled to be May 16-17 in Nashville. Web: FastenerFairUSA.com
