1980 FIN – Cleveland Firms Become Flexalloy
January 16, 1980 FIN – Flexalloy Inc., is the name of a new corporation which joins together Flexalloy Fasteners Inc. and Fastener Systems Inc., both headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
The board of directors of the new company consists of James G. Rayburn, chairman, and James D. and Andrew K. Rayburn.
The officers are James G. Rayburn, president; Leann D. Rayburn, treasurer; and Marion C. Sommer, secretary. William J. Melchior is the general manager of the Fastener Systems Div. and Andrew K. Rayburn is general manager of Flexalloy Fasteners Division
The company has warehouses in Cleveland, Indianapolis and Louisville, Kentucky and offers a full line of fasteners to industries in general and also to specialty distributors.
