Kenneth Thompson Tate, 85, died July 28, 2010, in North Carolina. He had a 33-year career as general manager of City Supply Co., followed by 10 years as a sales representative for Universal Fastener Corporation. Edwin E. Schaft, 77, died July 4, 2010. Schaft was with the Ohio Nut & Bolt Co. for 44 years. He was named chief engineer in 1967 and helped build Modern Fasteners Co. Schaft was a member of SME. Survivors include wife Marie, and three sons Web: bakerfuneralberea.com
